As a budget traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. It is situated next to the San Rocco ski area, making it convenient for skiing activities. it is in the center of Livigno, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided friendly and helpful service. the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options to start the day. the ski storage area was secure and convenient for storing equipment.
The dinner options at the hotel were disappointing in terms of taste and presentation.

The location is great, with all amenities within easy walk. The owner was very helpful, even though we did not have a common language. Car parking was excellent, in the garage under the hotel, breakfast was good, overall excellent value for money - would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location was great, with easy access to the ski bus stop and close to the San Rocco ski area. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Close to ski lifts
Internet 1h - 5 euro. Not soundproofed rooms - hear all the noises from the next rooms and bathrooms. Free skipass - 66 euro. Inability to use the ski room - no key

Staff was friendly. Good position near ski areal.
We have family room for 4 persons. Room was very small. Room has dimension for two beds, not for four. We heard everything from next room. The wall between rooms was like from paper. We could not sleep in the night or early morning because neighbors watched TV.

The ski area near the hotel was great and we had some really good snow. The breakfast was tasty and filling. We were also happy with the location of the hotel, close to the ski bus station and the town center.
Our room was too small for comfort and the cleaning could be improved, we even found a used coke bottle under the bed upon arrival. The ski storage was insufficient with no space for storing all our equipment, the boot heaters were not effective.

Our romantic escape was unforgettable thanks to this cozy and charming mountain hotel. the room had a stunning view of the mountains and was impeccably clean. the spa and wellness facilities were a lovely plus, with a sauna and hot tub to unwind in after a long day of skiing. the hotel's location was perfect, right next to the ski lift and ski school, and close to the town center where we enjoyed local cuisine and shopping until late.
It was a pity that the food did not live up to our expectations. We found that the food lacked variety and was unsatisfactory, especially considering the high price.
